Senior Identity Specialist

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer (6+ years) with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
You'll design and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and infrastructure automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline code releases and branching strategies.
Strong scripting skills (Python/Java) and problem-solving ability are essential.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with developers, consultants, operational team members in adoption of DevOps/automation.
• Assist DevOps leadership with determining and developing quality, automated delivery pipelines with the mantra of "Doing it Right".
• Contribute to DevOps best practices design including naming standards, modular and adaptable processes
• Address escalation and bug fixes.
• Monitor technical operations and infrastructure activity for opportunities to improve and refine processes.
• Promote knowledge transfer/education by contributing and updating wiki-based documentation.
• Must have strong communications skills and must be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Managing pre/post release code merges
• Managing the code branching strategies
• Proactively looking for ways to automate the installation and upkeep of build tools and dependencies

• Experience with automation systems deployment through CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, Ansible/Puppet, GitHub.
• Creates and maintains Terraform code for IAM infrastructure and automation of COTS application deployment on both On-Prem and Cloud (Google Cloud Platform and MS Azure).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT System and Application support, maintenance, and design in a Medium to Large environment
• Understanding of networking concepts from a server and application perspective, general security concepts and data security
• Experience writing code with Python, Perl, or Bash/PowerShell.
• Knowledge of advanced troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation methods.

• IAM tickets background.
