Timings:
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
, Monday to Saturday

Work Mode:
In-house only

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete accounting on
    Tally Prime
  • Handle GST, TDS, Tax Audit, and MCS compliances
  • Maintain ledgers, books of accounts & financial statements
  • Prepare export invoices
    and manage export documentation
  • Enter diamond purchases/sales (diamond entries) accurately
  • Talk with suppliers, handle payment follow-ups & clearances
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required reports
  • Work on
    Optigo
    software (preferred)
  • Monthly/Yearly closing of accounts
  • Analyse financial performance to:
  • Increase
    Gross Profit (GP)
  • Reduce
    direct costs
  • Improve internal controls & processes

Required Skills

  • Strong command of
    Tally Prime
  • CA-level basic knowledge (understanding accounting, audit & taxation)
  • Expertise in Excel & advanced Excel functions
  • Strong financial understanding to support company growth
  • Knowledge of jewelry industry accounting preferred
  • Ability to manage vendor communication & reconciliation
