Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Head of Marketing / Creative Director

Role Summary

We are hiring for a compnay that is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that elevate the brand across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, an understanding of real estate aesthetics, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, and digital ads for real estate projects
  • Develop visual identities for new project launches, including logos, color palettes, and typography
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce promotional materials and presentations
  • Create layouts for websites, emailers, and landing pages in coordination with digital teams
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
  • Manage and organize design assets, templates, and project files
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies for production and delivery
  • Stay updated on design trends relevant to real estate and lifestyle branding

Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across print and digital media
  • Attention to detail, layout precision, and brand alignment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization
  • Familiarity with real estate buyer personas and visual storytelling
  • Knowledge of Marathi or Hindi for regional campaign adaptation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per month
