Financials to be managed
: Plant & Machinery – Rs 1200 Crores; Raw Materials – Rs 800 Crores PA

Volume to be managed:
120 KTPA in Phase-1

Mandatory requirement: Should be well experienced in leading production of carbon black.

Accountability -

  1. During Greenfield setup phase

  2. Develop new processes and improve existing processes

  3. Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency and productivity
  4. Troubleshoot process problems and develop solutions
  5. Work with operators to implement process changes
  6. Document and maintain process documentation
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest process engineering technologies
  8. Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of new units.
  9. Proficient in process engineering software (e.g., Aspen Plus, Simio, etc.)
  10. Strong knowledge of process equipment and instrumentation
  11. Ability to read and interpret process drawings
  12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  14. Production (Carbon Black) : Effective planning and coordination for producing different Carbon Black grades

  15. Monitoring and standardizing process parameters. Arranging all input resources. Coordination with intra/inter dept. personnel.

  16. Getting the key process variables fine tuned after inline product inspection.
  17. Quality variance analysis through quality reporton daily basis. Indent Preparation, GRN approval & Dept.

  18. Inventory control. Monitoring plant condition and performance on daily basis.

  19. Process Improvement : Contribute to improvement in Quality Management System related to process& ensure its implementation to produce Quality product for customer satisfaction with Cost Effectiveness.
