We're now expanding our R&D team in Hyderabad and Mangalagiri to build next-generation AI systems that simplify medical documentation, automate revenue cycle operations, and improve patient outreach for clinics nationwide.
Role Overview
You'll architect and lead the design of scalable AI solutions that combine NLP, LLMs, and voice automation to power intelligent clinical and billing workflows. You'll mentor a small cross-functional team and deliver working production modules in 4–5 months.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and own the full AI architecture (data → model → API → app).
• Build and deploy NLP/LLM components for structured output generation.
• Define MLOps standards, reproducibility, and security practices.
• Lead system design and model integration across multiple AI modules.
• Architect pipelines for NLP, voice, and predictive analytics.
• Build standards for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and domain teams to translate business logic into model pipelines.
• Guide a 6–8 member technical team and ensure delivery timelines.
Required Skills
Python | PyTorch/TensorFlow | FastAPI | LangChain | Docker | Kubernetes | AWS/Azure | MLOps
Leadership and architectural design experience required.
Healthcare domain experience required:
EHR / RCM / medical billing / ICD-10 knowledge.
Good to Have
Healthcare/financial data background, experience with compliance-driven products.
