Gurgaon and Noida Car Consultant Experience : 0 to 3 yrs Skills Required : Job Summary : Job Description Good comprehension skills in English and Hindi. Work in multi shift work environment; open to rotational shifts. Clarify customer and probe to confirm understanding of verification data. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer records. Candidate Profile: Education and Experience College Graduates (any stream) Out Bound Customer Service Experienced with minimum 6months of B2C tele-sales experience in similar role. Knowledge of basic computer operations. Ability to learn. Courteous with strong customer service orientation. Dependable with proficient attention to detail. Good listening and responding skills. Should have decent interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings
