Role Overview
We are seeking a Frontend / Mobile Engineer with
strong, production experience in React Native
to build and enhance the user interfaces for our platform and mobile apps. You will be responsible for creating automated and personalized AI-powered mobile/web experiences at scale, with strong attention to performance, reliability and UX.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain and ship mobile applications using React Native (production apps for iOS & Android).
• Develop and maintain user-facing web features as required, ensuring a cohesive cross-platform experience.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UI/UX on mobile and web.
• Optimize apps for performance, startup time, memory and battery usage.
• Integrate with backend APIs, async flows and offline/sync strategies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with strong test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor juniors, and enforce best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds, automated testing and app store releases.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile and frontend development.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in frontend/mobile development with demonstrable, production React Native experience (must).
• Strong proficiency in React Native and related ecosystem (navigation, native modules, bridges).
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns and platform differences (iOS & Android).
• Experience with native build systems and deployment (Xcode, Gradle) and publishing to App Store / Play Store.
• Familiarity with performance profiling, memory management and debugging mobile apps.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and offline-first architectures.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD for mobile apps.
• Strong problem solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with React Native + Expo or advanced native module development.
• Experience building and maintaining complex projects in TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Firebase (auth, push, storage).
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for React Native (Detox, Jest, React Native Testing Library).
• Experience leading a team of developers or mentoring interns.
• Prior experience with web React frontend in a full-stack environment.
