Role Definition

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end accounts of all group entities, including consolidation, MIS, and statutory compliance.
  • Expected to set up systems and processes and ensure smooth functioning of the accounts department.
  • Must be able to lead and manage a team of 45 members effectively, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • This role demands someone who can handle pressure, meet deadlines, and be available round-the-clock when the business requires.

Ideal Work Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, compliance, and audits.
  • Prior exposure to multi-entity accounts, preferably in a trading/import-export environment.
  • Strong experience in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to supervise teams, delegate work, and build a culture of responsibility.
  • Experience with statutory filings, GST, TDS, ROC, audit schedules, and tax matters.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in import and export is highly desirable.
  • Local candidates preferred.
