Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end data architectures using Microsoft Fabric components (OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI, etc.)
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to implement data pipelines and transformations
• Define data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within the Fabric ecosystem
• Lead migration and modernization projects from legacy systems to Microsoft Fabric
• Optimize data models and storage strategies for performance and cost-efficiency
• Guide and mentor teams on Microsoft Fabric best practices and tools
• Ensure architecture aligns with business goals and enterprise IT standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or deep experience with its components (Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, OneLake, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts
• Proficiency in T-SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M language)
• Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data security, governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, RBAC)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, DP-500) are a plus.
