About the job Creative Designer We require dynamic, energetic and immediate joiners as Creative Designer with Bachelor`s degree in graphic design, visual communications/arts or a related field & 3 years Experience to lead our client's brand management and promotion in India. The successful candidate will have a strong track record, superb attention to detail, and a passion for creativity and thinking outside of the box.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the creative direction and strategy for all visual and graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with brand`s mission, values and overall marketing objectives
  2. Conceptualize and develop innovative and visually stunning designs for various mediums, including digital platforms, web, print materials, packaging presentations and other marketing collateral
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging and translate them into compelling visual solutions
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices and emerging design techniques to ensure the brand remain fresh, relevant and differentiated
  5. Ensure consistency and brand compliance across all design projects, enforcing brand guidelines and standards
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  7. Liaise with external vendors, agencies, packaging suppliers as needed to support design projects and maintain quality standards
  8. Stay up to date with advancements in graphic design software and tools and recommend improvements and efficiencies in design processes
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate feedback, iterate designs and provide creative solutions that address project objectives

Skills:

  1. Proven work experience as a creative designer preferably in an agency or in-house creative team
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After effects), Figma, Sketch or similar
  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects across mediums
  4. Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs
  5. Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory and layout design
  6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality designs
  7. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  8. Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment, taking feedback and incorporating it into the design process: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
