The Role 

We are seeking a program manager who has hands on experience designing, launching, and scaling educational programs. This person will be responsible for creating new courses, managing cohorts, hosting large learning events, building mentor networks, and driving new initiatives in our learning ecosystem. If you love building transformative learning experiences and have previously run large seminars, cohort-based programs, or worked closely with the communities this role is for you. 

What You'll Do 

1) Create and launch new courses aligned with the company's strategic goals. 
2) Develop curriculum structures, learning outcomes, and content flow. Work with mentors, facilitators, instructors, or guest experts and own the full lifecycle of new course development from concept to execution. 
3) Lead and manage cohort-based programs, ensuring high learner engagement and success. 
4) Own scheduling, communication flows, and session coordination. Maintain high-quality standards across live sessions, community interactions, and learning materials. 
5) Host large-scale seminars, workshops, or masterclasses and manage logistics, speaker preparation, and attendee experience. Facilitate interactive elements such as Q&A, group activities, and discussions. 
6) Propose and lead new initiatives in EdTech pilot programs, new formats, partnerships, or experiments. 
7) Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to innovate learning experiences.
 
Who You Are
 
1) 4-5 years of prior experience in EdTech, learning programs, or cohort-based course delivery. 
2) Proven ability to run large teaching seminars, webinars, or live events. 
3) Experience developing new courses or educational products. 
4) Strong community management and leadership experience. 
5) Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. 
6) Data driven approach to optimizing learning outcomes and engagement. 
7) Familiarity with AI/tech learning environments, LMS platforms, cohort tools, and community platforms. 
8) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, mentors, learners, partners, internal teams.
