As the Production and Quality Incharge & Plant Supervisor at Radhe Hurkat Ispat, you will hold a pivotal dual role, responsible for overseeing both quality control and plant operations to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our manufacturing facility. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence across all aspects of our pre-engineered building (PEB) production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for all stages of the PEB manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to final product testing.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Supervise all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.

Plan and coordinate production activities, allocate resources, and optimize workflow to meet production targets and customer requirements.

Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality-related issues, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure adherence to quality specifications.

Lead a team of quality control inspectors and production personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance skills and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor production processes and equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Maintain accurate records of quality control data, production activities, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance schedules, and prepare reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.

Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence, fostering employee engagement and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.

Proven experience in quality control or assurance, as well as supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the PEB or steel industry.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance improvement initiatives.

Sound knowledge of quality management principles, production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and production management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
