ResponsibilitiesSupport critical functions including capital raising, investor relations, business planning through new products, partnerships, investment opportunities Extensive modeling to build and maintain business plans Coordinate across cross-functional teams and build rapport with internal stakeholders Conduct an internal business analysis of Company's financial and business performance, including portfolio analysis, revenue and cost, profitability and KPIs, and budget and forecasts. Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other senior executives/business heads Developing communication about the Company's strategy, operations and overall financial performance for global shareholders and key stakeholders, including board, senior management, regulatory and industry bodiesEvaluate and execute opportunities for inorganic growth, including M&A and strategic partnerships Create and monitor KPIs / reports / presentations to identify gaps, trends, opportunities for the business Create market maps and track global innovation, build expertise, and inform the team of developments Conduct industry and competitor analysis, including: monitoring of industry trends, tracking of competitor trends, performance and developments Represent the firm at industry conferences in India and overseas QualificationsCA/Undergraduate from a top-tier institute 2-3 years of work experience from a top-tier firm in investment banking, private equity, venture capital or consulting Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative dataDeep desire to work hard, learn quickly, and push yourself intellectually Understanding of financial lending business models and metrics Strong research capabilities and ability to manipulate large data sets Thorough analytical abilities and proficiency in financial modelling and valuation Extremely strong grasp of written and spoken English, both grammatically and colloquially High degree of intellectual curiosity and proactive problem solving Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters with discretion Adaptability in a dynamic environment, high personal and professional integrity
