Established in 2020, the organization operates with a mission of "Education to Employment – Empowering Communities," focusing on creating sustainable impact and fostering growth. With initiatives such as the Green Initiative (which saw over 1,101 trees planted) and supporting over 500 student job placements, AapKrushi Trust delivers tangible results that benefit society. Key focus areas include women entrepreneurship, skill training, job placement assistance guidance, career guidance, education, environmental preservation, and road safety awareness etc.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role located at our office in Akola. The Volunteer will support the implementation of programs and initiatives in alignment with AapKrushi Trust's mission. Key responsibilities include organizing skill development workshops, coordinating community outreach programs, assisting with education and career guidance sessions, and promoting sustainable practices. Additionally, the Volunteer will be expected to facilitate collaborations within the local community and provide regular program updates to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate and manage events and outreach activities
• Experience in education, skill training, or career guidance is beneficial
• Knowledge of sustainable practices and environmental initiatives is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A passion for community development and creating a positive social impact
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Akola region is a plus
• Graduate from Social eg. BSW, MSW etc.
