Job Description:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in HR.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Contribute to the coordination and documentation of onboarding programs.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
• Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

*Experience - Relevant of 0 -1 years as HR Trainee.
