Role Overview

Treat Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
with a strong background in
hospitality marketing
. The ideal candidate will bring
5–7 years of relevant experience
and will lead strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive occupancy, and support the overall growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement property-level and brand-wide marketing strategies.
  • Lead digital marketing, social media, and content creation efforts.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and F&B teams for promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies.
  • Analyse market trends, guest insights, and campaign performance to optimise results.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in
    hospitality marketing
    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of hotel marketing, digital strategy, and guest engagement.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively.
