Role & responsibilities

Cost & MIS:

1. Support in Preparation of AOP of the unit and its Monthly Breakup.
2. Support in Annual Cost Sheets of the unit as per Cost Audit Rules
3. Support in preparation of Build of the unit and its Monthly Breakup.
4. Support in Preparation of MBR of the unit.
5. Preparation of Daily cost including MIS.
6. Preparation of Supporting MIS of Monthly closing
7. Preparation of Fixed Cost Tracker
8. Preparation of Weekly Cost and cost Presentation
9. Daily Quantity and Power reconciliation
10. Diesel & Electricity reconciliation & recovery as per PO Terms
11. Daily tracking of energy cost and submission of report in line with BSA Target
12. Submission of Losses incl Demurrage, Transit loss, Moisture loss & idle freight twice in week & after book closure
13. Power Sale details to be sent to the central team along with tracking of Break-even cost
14. AFR & WHR Saving details to be sent to central team twice in a week
15. Any data/MIS requirements, as and when asked by the Plant Controller/Management, must be prepared and submitted on time

PV & Compliance:

1. Conducting physical verification of Bulk Material and preparation of report
2. Conducting physical verification of Packing Bag, Diesel and reporting
3. Support in Compliance of Audit points including check list as per the central team (Quarterly)
4. Verification of services invoices except Manpower Supply
5. Submission of Qty & cost data to Internal/External Auditor.
