Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with hands-on experience in Statutory Audits of NBFCs and Banks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, audit procedures, and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct statutory audits of NBFCs and Banks in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, Companies Act, and other relevant statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to coordinate audit planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Identify audit issues, discuss findings, and suggest practical solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes impacting financial audits.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 0 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in NBFC and Bank audits.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and audit processes.
  • Exposure or interest in NBFC audits and statutory audits preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
