Eduflair is looking for a high-performance Sales Leader to take complete ownership of the sales function. The ideal candidate comes from a high-pressure sales environment (Education, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, etc.) and knows how to drive targets, lead large teams, and execute with discipline.
You will lead a growing sales team, manage multiple team leads, and directly drive monthly revenue outcomes. This role offers uncapped incentives and direct visibility to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team of 20–30 members, including multiple Team Leads.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Implement strong follow-up discipline, funnel hygiene, and closing performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, dashboards, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Train, coach, and upskill the team continuously to improve conversion ratios.
- Quickly identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions.
- Drive execution of all sales processes, campaigns, and revenue-generating activities.
- Maintain strict reporting discipline — pipeline, leads, closures, and productivity metrics.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, speed, and high energy.
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer for strategy alignment and team development.
Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have
- 5–12 years of experience in high-pressure sales (Education / Insurance / Banking / Real Estate / Hospitality / Financial Services).
- Proven experience managing large teams (20–30 people) with Team Leads.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent closing skills and the ability to lead from the front.
- Assertive leadership style — can push performance while maintaining respect.
- Strong problem-solving mindset; takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Comfortable with targets, pressure, and extended hours when business demands it.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam.
