Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers and Front Office Executives to join our Used Car Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently while supporting the sales process.

  • Key Responsibilities:For Telecaller:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's used car offerings.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from online portals and walk-ins.
  • Schedule appointments for test drives and showroom visits.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
  • For Front Office Executive:Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner.
  • Provide initial product information and connect customers to the sales team.
  • Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and maintain visitor records.
  • Support administrative tasks such as customer documentation, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist in coordinating test drives and customer handovers.
  • Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling, front office, or customer service role (automobile experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
