The Finance Executive - Fixed Assets will be responsible for supporting the complete lifecycle and documentation of the company's fixed assets, including:

• Asset Creation: Executing the creation of new fixed assets within the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Capex Payments: Managing and releasing Capital Expenditure (Capex) payments by meticulously updating and tracking them in the designated tracker sheet.
• Reporting: Generating comprehensive reports detailing Fixed Asset (FA) activities, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation, for internal review and analysis.
• Asset Verification & Tagging: Coordinating with internal users across departments to conduct physical verification of assets and ensuring all fixed assets are correctly tagged for identification and tracking.
• Audit Support: Providing necessary documentation and support for audit sample records during internal and external financial audits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is mandatory.
• Experience: At least one (1) year of prior professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Technical Skills: Prior, hands-on exposure and working knowledge of the SAP system.
• Location: Ability to work from the Oragadam facility.
