Job Title: Billing Staff cum Accounts Assistant (male candidate only required)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing and Invoicing:

  • Generate invoices and bills accurately and timely.

  • Verify billing details, ensuring correctness and completeness.

  • Handle billing queries and resolve issues promptly.

2. Accounts Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts records.

  • Reconcile accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

3. Financial Data Entry:

  • Enter financial transactions accurately and timely.

  • Maintain organized and easily accessible financial records.

4. Payment Follow-up:

  • Follow up on outstanding payments with clients/customers.

  • Ensure timely receipt of payments and update records.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate financial reports, such as billing reports and accounts receivable aging reports.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Compliance and Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

  • Assist in internal and external audits.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance.

3. Software: Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally
