Field Executive – Site Visit & Contractor Data Collection

Key Responsibilities: Site Visit & Survey:

  • Visit assigned bungalow and building sites daily.
  • Collect site details such as location, stage of construction/tiling, and work type.
  • Take photos and short videos of the site for reporting.

Data Collection:

  • Record the name, contact number, and role (contractor/engineer/owner) of the key person at the site.
  • Enter collected data into the provided Google Form or Excel sheet accurately.

Brand Promotion Support:

  • Introduce ROCASA tile & stone adhesive products to contractors or engineers.
  • Distribute brochures, catalogues, or sample packs when required.
  • Understand customer needs and pass leads to the sales team.

Reporting:

  • Submit daily site visit reports and data collection sheets via WhatsApp or email.
  • Prepare a weekly summary report for management review.
