About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer Trainees who are eager to apply their technical knowledge and gain hands-on experience in building real-world web applications. As an On-the-Job Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced developers to learn, build, and deploy full-stack applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack.

This training program is designed to provide practical exposure, enhance technical skills, and prepare candidates for full-time software development roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of front-end interfaces using and modern UI libraries.
  • Support back-end API development and integration using and
  • Work on database design, queries, and data handling using MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with mentors and team members on coding, debugging, and testing tasks.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, and code reviews.
  • Learn and follow best practices in software development, version control, and documentation.
  • Contribute to live projects and gain exposure to full development cycles — from design to deployment.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), and front-end fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with for UI development.

Education

Recently completed B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
