Job Summary

We are looking for a professional experienced in Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint Online to design, develop, and maintain workflow automation and collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance document management across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Flow).
  • Create, customize, and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, and document libraries.
  • Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Develop approval workflows, data collection forms, and notification systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation processes and SharePoint solutions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance within SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
  • Provide documentation, training, and user support for deployed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online configuration, lists, permissions, and libraries.
  • Experience integrating Power Apps and Power BI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive).
  • Basic understanding of PowerShell, JSON, and REST API (advantageous).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
