We have a job opening for an Ayurvedic doctor to work in our Customer Care department for customer consultation.

Location - Chennai, T Nagar

Qualification - BAMS or Certification in Ayurvedic Medicine and Practices

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Ayurvedic Doctor to join our Customer Care team. In this unique role, you will be responsible for providing expert Ayurvedic guidance and support to our customers, helping them choose personalised health and wellness solutions. Your expertise in Ayurveda will be key in educating, advising, and ensuring our customers receive the best care possible as they engage with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Provide one-on-one consultations with customers to understand their health concerns and recommend personalized Ayurvedic treatments, remedies, and wellness products based on individual needs, dosha balance, and lifestyle.
  • Product Recommendations: Guide customers in selecting Ayurvedic products (herbal supplements, oils, teas, etc.) that align with their health goals, whether for detox, skin care, digestion, stress management, or overall wellness.
  • Educational Support: Educate customers about Ayurvedic principles, the benefits of different treatments, and the usage of products. Answer customer queries related to Ayurvedic practices and the ingredients used in our products.
  • Follow-up and Feedback: Track customer progress with recommended treatments and products. Provide ongoing support through follow-up consultations, addressing any concerns or questions they may have as they continue their Ayurvedic journey.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a warm, empathetic, and professional demeanour. Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, and escalate more complex cases to senior practitioners as needed.
  • Product Development Input: Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer preferences, effectiveness of products, and potential improvements from an Ayurvedic perspective.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and herbal medicine.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to explain complex Ayurvedic concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Ability to engage with customers empathetically and professionally, understanding their individual health concerns.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
  • Experience in working with Ayurvedic wellness products is a plus.
