Role Description

• The User Experience team delivers end user applications and digital services to Deutsche Bank staff. The team is focused on delivering a modern web & mobile experience specifically built around users' personas, presenting all apps & services in a clean, consistent, and coherent package. This ensures an optimum client experience on our digital estate. Our technology vision is moving towards secured digitization & automation. To support this an artificial intelligent conversational Virtual Assistance has been introduced to the Bank focusing on IT Support.
• The UX Engineering team is seeking candidates with strong full-stack development experiences particularly with Javascript/Typescript (Angular) on the front-end. The candidate must have keen interest in AI technologies and be willing to work across multiple platforms and technologies including but not limited to our Angular-based support portal, Kore.AI based chatbot and Microsoft Power Platform. Experience of chatbot development, generative AI prompt engineering, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and AI Builder is extremely beneficial.

Your key responsibilities

• Work as part of an Agile software development team to deliver valuable business requirements across the product portfolio which includes the bank's support portal and AI-supported chatbot.
• Actively participate in the design and architecture of the applications or components, investigating and proposing appropriate technologies.
• Develop conversational workflows within the existing chatbot solution.
• Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for production problems.
• Follow SDLC guidelines including coding standards and compliance with security controls.
• The successful candidate will have a clear focus on providing accurate and robust solutions whether working independently or as part of a team whilst delivering in a high-pressure environment. It is important for the candidate to have enthusiasm, commitment and a positive attitude as well as being a strong team player. It is also essential for the candidate to have good interpersonal skills and the ability to discuss, analyse and accurately document technical solutions and analyse issues.

Technical Skills:
