Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining the CRM database, coordinating with sales and production teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams for order updates and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Prepare reports on customer data, sales trends, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in managing leads and opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and service updates.
Key Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and good coordination skills.
- Customer service orientation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM or customer support, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
