About the Role

We are seeking a passionate
AI Developer

to join our in-house engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), predictive modeling, and modern AI/LLM technologies

. You'll work on real business datasets to design, train, and deploy AI-driven features integrated with our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and deploy
    machine learning and AI models

for various business applications (forecasting, recommendations, automation, etc.)
- Conduct
exploratory data analysis (EDA)

, feature engineering, and data cleaning using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Build and fine-tune
LLM-based pipelines

(e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or local inference setups).
- Implement
predictive and classification models

using libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Integrate AI outputs into
production systems and APIs

in collaboration with backend engineers.
- Work with
large datasets (structured & unstructured)

from MongoDB, SQL, and other sources.
- Participate in
model evaluation, optimization, and performance tracking

- Research and prototype
new AI tools, libraries, and workflows

relevant to the company's business domains.
- .Net web api or django api
- React front end

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML

, or related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in
AI/ML or data-driven application development

.
- Proficiency in
Python

and major AI/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of
EDA, statistics, feature engineering, and data visualization

.
- Familiarity with
LLM frameworks

(LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI API, etc.).
- Experience in
data cleaning, transformation, and model evaluation

.
- Knowledge of
REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask

for model deployment preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with
    vector databases

(e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Typesense, Weaviate).
- Knowledge of
prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Exposure to
MLOps / model lifecycle management

(e.g., MLflow, Docker).
- Interest in
LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and generative AI applications

.
- Familiarity with
Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
