Job Title: RPA Developer (UiPath / Power Automate)

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Experience: 3–5 YEARS (RELEVANT RPA EXPERIENCE)

Notice Period: IMMEDIATE JOINERS or MAX 15 DAYS ONLY

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in UiPath and

Power Automate to design, develop, and implement automation solutions. The ideal candidate

should have 3–5 years of relevant RPA project experience and be available to join

immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and Power

Automate.

 Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.

 Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

 Ensure quality, scalability, and security of automation workflows.

 Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation solutions.

 Provide post-deployment support and resolve any production issues.

Mandatory Skills:

 RPA DEVELOPMENT – Hands-on experience in UiPath and Microsoft Power

Automate.

 Process Analysis & Optimization – Ability to assess and automate business processes.

 Technical Knowledge – Proficient in VB.NET, C#, or Python .

 Orchestrator & Bot Management – Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator.

 Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills.

Good to Have:

 Exposure to AI Builder, Power Apps, or other RPA tools.

 Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

 Basic understanding of SQL / APIs / Web Services integration.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
