What You'll Do: Architecting the Future of AI-Powered SaaS

• Lead design and operation of scalable distributed systems for DevRev's AI-native, cloud-native platform.
• Architect low-latency, real-time conversational experiences in a multi-tenant environment.
• Build and optimize data pipelines (message buses, async patterns) for data-intensive features, analytics, and "Airdrop" data sync.
• Drive technical excellence: distributed systems best practices, API-first design , CI/CD for high deployment velocity.
• Mentor engineers and solve complex scalability, performance, and multi-tenancy challenges for "blazing-fast software".

What You'll Need: The Expertise to Build the Unprecedented

• 7-10 years SE experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in message buses (Kafka preferred), queues, async processing, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or Scala.
• Skills in cloud-native tech: Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, IaC.
• Experience with real-time systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. BS/MS in CS or related.

Bonus Points If You Have: Elevating Your Candidacy

• Advanced Automation Expertise: Experience designing and implementing sophisticated automation solutions for infrastructure, deployment, or complex business workflows.
• High-Performance Systems Optimization: Proven ability in deep performance analysis, tuning, and optimization for high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, ensuring "blazing-fast software".
• Sandbox Development Environments: Experience in creating or managing robust sandbox/test environments that facilitate rapid development, testing, and iteration of configurations and automations.
• GenAI Agentic Reasoning Engines: Familiarity or experience with building or integrating GenAI agentic reasoning engines, or contributing to platforms that enable agents to leverage memory, skills, and tools for complex task completion, similar to DevRev's vision for multi-agent architecture with LLM-based reasoning
