Senior Associate Service Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing large-scale deployments, and ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in infrastructure and proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects including data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud transitions, and enterprise hardware/software rollouts
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
• Coordinate internal teams (network, systems, security, DevOps) and external vendors/partners
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of infrastructure domains: networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud (AWS/Azure), and security
• Proven experience with project management tools (Asana, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required; ITIL certification preferred
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models
