We are looking for a
performance-driven Junior Digital Marketing Executive
with expertise in
paid advertising, SEO, and social media management
. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution ability, and analytical skills to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
    campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage end-to-end
    social media channels
    —curating, scheduling, and optimizing content to drive audience engagement.
  • Lead
    SEO efforts
    through keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Drive qualified traffic through
    organic and paid channels
    , leveraging growth hacks and audience insights.
  • Run
    A/B tests
    on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve ROI and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using
    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager
    , turning data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with
    designers, content creators, and developers
    to craft high-performing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with
    digital trends and platform updates
    to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare
    dashboards, reports, and insights
    for management reviews.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in
    Meta Ads
    and
    Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of
    SEO, SEM, and social media strategies
  • Proficiency in
    Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic content creation skills (e.g.,
    Canva, copywriting
    )
