Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for all departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled talent in aerospace, UAV engineering, operations, and business roles.
- Manage job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain an updated database for future requirements.
- Ensure recruitment cost-efficiency and compliance under the guidance of the Finance & HR leadership.
- Support employer-brand initiatives through hiring campaigns and social media presence.
HR Operations
- Assist Finance & HR teams in employee onboarding, background verification, documentation, and induction processes.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave records, payroll-support inputs, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and policy documents in an organized and secure manner.
- Assist with performance evaluation cycles, appraisals, and HR-related communication.
- Support employee relations, culture-building efforts, and internal engagement activities.
- Coordinate exit formalities including clearances, documentation, and final settlements in collaboration with Finance.
Finance Coordination
- Provide HR-related data inputs for payroll, budgeting, recruitment cost tracking, and manpower planning.
- Coordinate with Finance in maintaining vendor invoices related to recruitment and HR services.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal financial policies.
General Expectations
- Work closely with the Finance & HR management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling employee data.
- Contribute to improving HR processes, workflows, and internal communication.
