As we continue to expand, we're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to elevate our brand presence online, showcase our kitchen designs, and engage with homeowners, designers, and industry influencers across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic social media content plan aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, carousels, etc.) showcasing modular kitchen designs, client projects, and behind-the-scenes process.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the design and sales team to gather client testimonials, before-after photos, and success stories.
- Work closely with the graphic designer (or use design tools like Canva) to create visuals that reflect the brand's premium positioning.
- Stay updated with interior design trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes to refine strategy.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Run and manage social media ad campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and brand awareness.
- Assist in influencer marketing and collaborations with architects, interior designers, and lifestyle influencers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a design, lifestyle, or home-related brand (preferably in interior or modular kitchen segment).
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Basic photo/video editing skills; familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Proficient in English (Hindi or local language skills are a bonus).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, blogging, or website content.
- Experience working with CRM tools or lead management platforms.
- Photography/videography skills, especially for home interiors or lifestyle content.
