Manager 

We have an opportunity for a Manager to join our UDDI IPAM team in Bangalore, reporting to the senior manager of Engineering. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of engineers focused on delivering robust and scalable IPAM and DHCP solutions as part of the Infoblox product suite. You will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, including feature development, issue triage and resolution, and release planning, ensuring alignment between Engineering execution and strategic business objectives. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the Assets Insights and DNS teams to deliver integrated, intelligent network services. You will also drive innovation in network services, maintaining high standards for security and performance, and cultivate a culture of technical excellence and collaboration across the team.

Be a Contributor — What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a software development team, driving the delivery of high-quality IPAM and DHCP solutions
• Drive execution of IPAM/DHCP software projects, ensuring timely delivery, reliability, and performance of network services
• Collaborate closely with the cross functional teams to define integrated product roadmaps, feature sets, and shared priorities
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the Engineering teams
• Set clear goals, evaluate performance, and align rewards with outcomes to build a high-performance engineering culture
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent, supporting career growth and technical leadership
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and optimize resource utilization across IPAM/DHCP efforts
• Partner with Support teams to proactively address customer needs, improve service quality, and enhance customer experience

 Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 12+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Demonstrated success in managing medium sized engineering teams, driving delivery and collaboration across complex projects
• Experience building systems using microservices architecture, container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP
• Deep understanding of software scalability and performance optimization, especially in network-centric applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, C++, or Java
• Familiarity on networking fundamentals, IPAM, DHCP, and DNS concepts is a strong plus
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred
• Experience working on an Agile or Scaled Agile
