Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated RPA Developer with 6-9 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), specializing in Automation Anywhere as the primary platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring automation bots in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth and effective automation processes. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex automation projects with mentoring and guidance from senior developers, making this a great role for someone who is eager to grow and expand their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bot Development: Design and develop automation bots using Automation Anywhere (AA), ensuring they meet business requirements and perform efficiently in production environments.
• Testing & Deployment: Manage the testing, deployment, and implementation of RPA solutions in production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Collaborate with QA teams to conduct unit and system tests.
• Monitoring & Support: Continuously monitor the performance of deployed bots in live environments, quickly addressing any incidents or issues that arise. Ensure that all automated processes run smoothly and reliably.
• API Integration: Utilize your working knowledge of REST APIs to integrate external systems and services into RPA workflows. Implement API calls to enhance bot functionality and data exchange.
• SFTP Workflows: Work with SFTP workflows to facilitate secure data transfers between systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data during automation processes.
• Basic HTML/XML Parsing: Apply basic HTML and XML parsing techniques to extract and process data from various sources, enabling the bots to interact with web pages or APIs efficiently.
• Incident Handling: Follow structured processes for incident detection, troubleshooting, and resolution. Provide timely support to ensure continuity of automated processes and minimal disruption.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as a bridge between the development team and senior developers, working collaboratively to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business needs. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure automation objectives are met.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• RPA Experience: 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation, with expertise in Automation Anywhere as the primary automation platform.
• Bot Lifecycle Management: Proven experience in managing the entire bot lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Experience with SFTP workflows for secure data transfer.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and XML for parsing and processing data.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Structured Process Adherence: Ability to follow predefined processes and best practices for RPA development and incident management.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, and willingness to work closely with senior developers for guidance on more complex tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in other RPA tools or programming languages (e.g., UIPath, Blue Prism, Python) is a plus.
