Role & responsibilities

  • Hands-on execution/ management of construction of a 100,000 sqft IT office building at Mohali, and to ensure that the requisite quality is achieved in all aspects of building construction, MEP, air-conditioning, landscaping, external works, interiors, finishing etc.
  • Inspecting construction work done by contractors and ensuring that work is done as per applicable codes and regulations
  • To do proactive Project Planning and follow-up with architects/ contractors/ vendors and ensure timely project completion, within budget
  • Interacting with contractors/ vendors/ Govt agencies, etc., as required for timely execution of the project.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior hands-on experience of construction and finishing of a multi-storey office building of minimum 20m height and 50,000 sqft area
  • Required minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in office Interior & 1 year in MEP, finishing etc.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, including knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills, as required for the job role
  • Unquestionable Integrity and honesty
