Job Description:

We are hiring for a Customer Support Associate role in the Healthcare Process. This role requires handling customer queries and providing effective solutions with accuracy and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats related to healthcare services.
  • Resolve customer queries regarding insurance, claims, billing, and policy information.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and data protection policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet performance targets such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO – Healthcare/Insurance process preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Flexible to work in shifts (US/Rotational).
