Job Title: Digital Client Account Manager
- 2+ years of agency experience in Social and Digital Marketing
- We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital channels both paid and organic to grow the client's business in today's age.
We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager who is a proven account lead with experience in managing and running multiple campaigns for clients from various fields. The person should have been in the process from creative development through to delivery.
Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end communications with clients
· Develop strong personal relationships with advertisers
· Own account reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports
· Conduct data analysis to evaluate and focus on opportunities to grow each account
· Synergize with internal teams
· Strategize growth of key accounts
· Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
· Gather feedback from clients to enhance performance
Skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Understanding of the client's business model and marketplace
· Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads along with organic social media strategies
· Knowledge of advertising techniques, including creative, research, and media outreach
· Ability to balance the needs of the client against the agency's bottom line
· Leadership skills with a non-aggressive leadership style
· Stress management and organizational skills
· Collaboration and teamwork skills
· Strong organizational skills, particularly if managing several clients simultaneously
Experience
· 2+ years of agency experience in Social and Digital Marketing
· Experience managing shoots for videos and stills
· Campaign effectiveness tracking expertise preferred
· Proven experience running campaigns from creative development through pre-prod, production, and delivery
· Excellent attention to detail
· Brilliantly organized & a natural multitasker
· Proven experience partnering mid/senior clients
· Ability to recognize opportunities to push clients and do the right thing
· Experience in getting to the root of business, brand, and commercial challenges and being a trusted partner in solving these
