Job Description

We are looking to hire a tech delivery lead for Hive platform. The person needs to have experience of managing a tech team as a delivery manager who is hands on and of a tech background. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience of Agile delivery, delivery planning, sprint planning, SDLC lifecycle. The platform is cloud native (MS Azure), so experience of MS Azure is a must have.

More specifications below:

  • Demonstrable experience as a delivery lead within a technology team ideally within Financial Services domain
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, cloud-native platforms in an enterprise environment
  • Deep understanding of MS Azure cloud-native architecture patterns (e.g., Kubernetes, serverless, microservices, event-driven, API-first) and DevOps practices
  • Extensive experience of delivering in Agile environment and understanding of Agile delivery frameworks
  • experience in various Microsoft technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Azure etc.
  • From a tech background

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP native services.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as RAG, Chunking, Vector storage etc
  • Background in software engineering or data engineering.
  • Certifications in Agile, cloud, or AI (e.g., SAFe SPC, Azure Solutions Architect)
