Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data ingestion, real-time processing, and transformation frameworks using open-source tools.
  • Work hands-on with technologies like Kafka, Apache Spark (SQL, Scala, Java), Python, Hadoop, Hive, and Airflow.
  • Build and manage data pipelines using GCP services: Cloud Composer, BigQuery, and DataProc.
  • Operationalize open-source data analytics tools for enterprise use.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies through data lineage, quality checks, and classification.
  • Participate in support rotations to maintain system health and performance.
  • Follow the company's SDLC to develop, deploy, and deliver robust data solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in software engineering or related IT roles.
  • Proven experience in projects involving SDLC implementation.

  • Data Engineering: Kafka, Spark, Python, Airflow, Hive, Hadoop
