Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, etc.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations using Oracle PaaS, REST/SOAP Web Services, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Work with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide solutions.
  • Support end-to-end testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Benefits, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Expertise in developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Hands-on experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and PaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of security roles, workflows, and approval rules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with personalization, extensions, and configurations in Oracle Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll and Global HR.
  • Exposure to data conversion and migration strategies.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
