Job Description – Sector Leader (BFSI)

Location: Mumbai, Andheri East (Work from Office – 5 days)

Experience: 8–12 years

CTC: ₹35 LPA (Fixed) + ₹10–20 LPA (Variable)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sector Leader – BFSI to drive our SaaS/CRM product sales in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring strong client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue-driving expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles of SaaS/CRM solutions for BFSI clients including banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies.
  • Identify, build, and manage strong C-level and senior stakeholder relationships in the banking sector.
  • Lead business development initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sector-specific strategies to expand market presence in BFSI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, and marketing) to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Maintain an active pipeline, forecast sales, and report progress to leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating value, ROI, and competitive advantage of our solutions.
  • Represent at industry events, forums, and client meetings as a BFSI thought leader.

Required Background & Skills

  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales/business development with exposure to BFSI clients.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS products/CRM solutions to banks.
  • Strong network and relationships within the BFSI ecosystem.
  • Experience in revenue-focused roles with sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Senior professionals from the Banking Industry who have transitioned into sales/solutions.
  • Prior experience in cloud, CPaaS, data analytics, or telecom sales (with a BFSI focus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
