Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site across multiple packages
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate construction sequencing and resource planning
• Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to monitor progress
• Conduct daily/weekly reviews and ensure timely resolution of site-level issues
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and client-specific HSE norms
• Prepare and submit site progress reports to Project Management/HO
• Monitor material deliveries and storage in coordination with logistics and procurement teams
• Coordinate site inspections with QA/QC and client representatives
• Support commissioning and handover of completed packages

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of site execution experience in EPC or industrial infrastructure
• Strong exposure to large-scale industrial or mineral processing plants (e.g., steel, zinc, or aluminium)
• Hands-on experience in handling subcontractors, safety, and project controls
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and material handling
