Job Title: Customer Growth Executive (1-3 years)

We are a technically driven hyper local auto care service company that ensures apartment-based car maintenance services to customers through monthly-based subscription. We are currently seeking a Customer Growth Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with apartment associations/facility management/administrators in and around Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with apartment facility management/associations/administrators.
  • Negotiate on any cost-related to the advertisements and marketing activities in the apartments.
  • Ensure satisfaction of the apartment customer's needs and upsell and cross-sell our services if necessary.
  • Cold call apartment associations regularly and follow up.
  • Onboard customers through cold calling and perform necessary follow-up for payments and renewals.
  • Nurture customer growth according to the partner's growth.
  • Responsible for the cluster growth and will be the point of contact for the customers in the cluster.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of working experience in field sales/business development, preferably related to growth in gated communities.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for work and be flexible with travel across the city.
  • A degree in any field is required.
