Job Purpose:

To ensure production of quality Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) by monitoring raw materials, concrete mix design, testing, and adherence to quality standards as per IS codes and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities at the RMC plant.
  • Ensure compliance with IS standards, company quality policies, and client specifications.
  • Conduct regular testing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) and finished concrete.
  • Design, review, and approve concrete mix designs based on project requirements.
  • Monitor batching process and calibrations of batching plant, weigh scales, and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, test reports, and calibration records.
  • Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and guide QC technicians, lab assistants, and plant staff on quality standards.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and clients regarding concrete quality issues.
  • Ensure timely submission of test certificates, reports, and client approvals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of concrete technology and IS codes related to RMC.
  • Hands-on experience in mix design, testing, and lab equipment handling.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage QC team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,844.58 per month
