About the Role

We are looking for a
highly skilled Developer
to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development skills, the ability to create scalable UI components, and a keen eye for performance and design. You will work closely with developers and designers to build and maintain high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to build responsive web applications.
  • Develop
    reusable, efficient, and scalable
    JavaScript code using
  • Design and implement front-end architecture and data presentation layers.
  • Manage application state using libraries like
    Redux
    and handle asynchronous API calls.
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes into fully functional components.
  • Test, debug, and optimize applications across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Maintain code quality using
    Git
    and follow best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of
    professional experience in
    development.
  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
    .
  • Experience with state management and routing libraries such as
    Redux, React Router
    , etc.
  • Proficient in
    Git
    version control.
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in
    project management or leading small development teams
    .
  • Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
  • Exposure to testing frameworks like
    Jest
    or
    React Testing Library
    .
