The role is with one of the leading supplier in the LV panel business segment and a market leader in the busbar business with more than 50% share in Indian market.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of switchboard (Panel)
  • Knowledge of Switchgear
  • Basic Knowledge of Panel testing
  • Plan and implement production schedules, programs, and procedures for panel manufacturing.
  • Supervise section leaders and staff to ensure targets, safety regulations, and workflows are efficiently maintained.
  • Monitor and control quality standards, addressing any production issues and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Manage machine and material resources to maximize productivity while minimizing downtime and costs.
  • Communicate with senior management about obstacles and report regularly on performance, safety, and process optimization.
  • Ensure the compliance related to Production Department as per QMS, EHS etc.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (Oracle).
  • Knowledge of Lean, SS, and other manufacturing methodologies.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations within the specific industry.

  • Analytical & IT Skills:

  • Strong ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, along with proficiency in relevant production management and ERP software.

  • Attention to Detail:

  • A keen eye for detail to ensure high product quality and adherence to standards.

  • Education & Experience:

  • A relevant degree (e.g., in engineering or business) and several years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment are often required.
