Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project management tasks, collaborating with teams to ensure efficient operations, and maintaining seamless communication across departments. Key responsibilities include scheduling, organizing resources, tracking project timelines, and addressing operational challenges. The role also involves maintaining reports, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Project Coordination and Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor deliverables
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and engaging with stakeholders effectively
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving skills to address challenges and improve processes
  • Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting to maintain accurate records and project updates
  • Experience with digital tools or project management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in remote settings
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
